ArdoTech is responsible for the data collected on this website. For any question: contact@ardotech.dev.
02Data we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, email, company, topic and message. When you email or call us: whatever information you choose to share. The website does not create visitor accounts.
03Purposes and legal basis
This data is only used to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal (pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest). It is never sold or used for advertising.
04Retention
Three years from our last exchange, after which it is deleted. Data related to a contract is kept for the applicable legal period.
05Recipients and processors
Only the ArdoTech team can read your messages. Our technical providers: Vercel (website hosting, United States), Neon (database, United States) and Zoho (email, European Union). Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
06Cookies
The public website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies. A single technical session cookie is used in the staff area; it is exempt from consent, which is why no cookie banner is shown.
07Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@ardotech.dev: we reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: cnil.fr).
