Ober-RIM wanted to launch a reliable ride-hailing service in a city where rides were negotiated by phone. Everything had to be built: booking, tracking, payment and fleet management.

The solution
We built two Flutter apps (rider and driver) connected to a real-time API, and a dispatch back office that shows rides and drivers on the map.

The infrastructure is containerised and monitored, with automated deployments for every release.
The outcome
Riders know the fare and arrival time before booking, and the operations team runs the whole fleet from a single screen.
