Les Cèdres: enrolment, grades and fees on one platform for a private school

The school handled enrolment, grades and payments in separate notebooks and spreadsheets. Families paid at the desk, receipts were handwritten and report cards took days of typing every term.

We built a single platform for the school

• Enrolment back office: pupils, classes, timetables, grade entry and report cards generated as PDF
• School fees: payment schedule per family, card or mobile-money payment, automatic receipts and scheduled reminders
• Parent portal: today's timetable, grades, report cards, messages and trip permissions

Teachers and the bursar's office were trained before the start of the school year, with a guide for each role.

Parents follow their children's schooling and pay from their phone, the bursar's office sees at a glance which families to remind and report cards are ready on the day of the class council.
