Marché Plus: always-stocked shelves with automatic replenishment
Tills, stock and supplier orders of four supermarkets brought into one system, with scanner-based stock counts, a loyalty card and sales forecasting.

- stores on one system
- 4
- saved per aisle stock count

The problem
Each store ordered by eye from paper counts. Fresh products ran out at the end of the week while other items piled up in the stockroom.
- Stock levels known only after the monthly count
- Supplier orders keyed in by hand, store by store
- No view of sales per aisle or of the margin
The solution
We connected the tills of the four stores to a central ERP that tracks the stock of every item in real time, then added three tools around it:
- A stock-count app: staff scan the aisle and the difference is recorded immediately
- Order proposals computed every morning from sales and thresholds, sent to the supplier once approved
- A loyalty card in a customer app, with the weekly offers and a shopping list
A forecasting model takes the day of the week and promotions into account to adjust quantities.
The outcome
Out-of-stocks dropped sharply, supplier orders go out every morning without re-keying and management follows the sales and margin of every store day by day.
